I am not sure, this was the only name resembling the appearance of the two birds. Sree and me were on our evening walk when we spotted both of them on one roof top. Wonder what they were talking so seriously?

Yes i did it this time!. Before my rice will either become mushy or undercooked. The different stages of Fish Biriyani is stiched together in the image.
A necessary herb for Fish Biriyani in addition to Mint is Dill Leaves . Almost all recipes for fish biriyani has this as an ingredient. You can see Dill has thread like fine , soft leaves (image on right)
